                                                                                       Health is wealth  and  in my view  good health is  one of the  precious thing in every  person’s life . We should give maximum importance  to our  health because  it  provides  opportunities   to  avail  enjoyment in your life . With  weak health, no one can  enjoy own life in real way .  As we know that every person has its own structure and different  shapes varies  according to a particular person . Good  nutrition is  part of healthy life .  A healthy  mind  always leads  to a healthy  body . There  are many ways  to  keep your body healthy. Not only  food  but also some our  daily habits  makes us healthy . Some of them are as follows –

[1]  STAY  AWAY  FROM  TV :-    Do not  watch  TV more than two hours a day . it spoils your health .   I think  continuous  viewing  of TV  destroy the  ability of creativity in human being.    New  technology  has  given  lots  of new  things  which  has     made  human being  fully dependable  on  it.  We  have  to   choose  right  thing  for  yourself .  Excess  of any thing   is  harmful  , so we should avoid  watching   more TV as  far as  possible  . This  will keep you fit and   disease free . Watching  TV more  than four  hours  does  not  lead  a long  life .  It  does  not  make  sense  to  watch  any movie  or  tele serials routinely  .  No  doubt  TV  has  strong  educational and   informational  value  too , but   we  should  avail this  facilities in  proper  way .

[2]  Observe a specific  limit of sunlight :-  Avoiding  a  much of  sunlight    will  result  a  good exposure  and energetic  needs .  Though sunlight  is  essential for our body , but we should avail  it  in a  limit range  so  that our  body  could  reflect  the  vitamins        from  sunlight .  When  these  parts  are  exposed  to  sunlight  , you  may  seem older  due  to the dark spots  which  appear .

  [3]  Do not  keep yourself in  loneliness :-    We know  that loneliness  in  human  life  leads  to  many diseases . To  keep  yourself  out  of it ,  reach   or  get together  with  people  and share  your ideas  with  them . This  makes   you   relaxed  and healthy .  Loneliness  may  even lead  to  many diseases  especially  heart  diseases .

[4]   Sufficient intake  of water in a day :- Drink  eight  to ten  glasses of  water per  day .  Water helps  to  maintain  a  balanced  diet .    Our  body  is  made  of   sixty  percent of fluids .  Without  adequate  amount of  water  in our body ,  we  may be affected  by  different types  of diseases  which we  can not imagined .

[5]  Stay physically  active and  fit :-    For being fit  , we should keep yourself out  of  negative  thoughts .  Avoid to  take  any type of  drugs and alcohol .   Perhaps   it  is     the  worst part   which   attracts you   most  to go through it .  Always  follows   good  habits  in your  life .

                         Tips  to  Lead a  Healthy  Life :-

                                                                        In this  busy  world    people   do  not  even  care  for  their health .  Each  and every person  in this world should    think  for  our  own  body  as  worship  place  because  we  live   only on our  body .    Only  if  our  body  is  healthy , then  we  can  live  in this  world .  Here  are  few  suggestions   which  can keep you  healthy  and  fit  :-

   [1]  Avoid  eating junk  foods :-    Junk  foods have very  low nutritious  value , so  immunity  power  of  our  body   gets   affected  very  easily . Stay physically active  with  some  exercise  , meditation  and yoga  which  leads  you a  peaceful  life .   Be  more flexible  in life  and  always   be  ready  to  accept new  challenges .

  [2]   Have positive thoughts  :-   You must have  positive thoughts because  it plays an important  role in leading a healthier  life.    Shape your  mind with positive   and  good feelings .  Throw  out all negative thoughts and unwanted ideas  about  life  from  your  mind .

  [3]Healthy  mind leads  to a healthy   body :-  Always  be  positive and   never thought  about irrelevant   ideas .  Only  positive  thoughts and good feelings can help you .  Food  is also one among them .    Eat  those  foods which  makes you good and feel comfortable .  Water  plays a vital  role in it .   Without water one  cannot  survive , it is   the  basic essential need in our day to day life .

  [4]   Enjoy  with  your surrounds :-   Do  not  keep  your self   out of society  and  without  expecting others to approach you , you should  go near to   people .   You should  share own feeling with them .  Do not  speak  ill of others  Never thought that  you have   done all  things and  it is time to  relax .    Our thoughts  will   give you   new  idea  to  work in future .    Several   rich  persons  like Bill Gates , Warren Buffet  etc  have no need to work  , but still they are working  day and night because  they  have  different social causes to  remove  from our  society .  As  the proverbs  says  ” Face is  the  index of Mind ”  only  based on our thoughts and  feelings  which we have in life .
